Facility
Lucky’s Pet Resort and Day Spa is a 20,000 square feet facility located on 8 acres off of Interstate 40 and Highway 68 – conveniently located near Piedmont Triad International Airport.
The resort includes multiple boarding options for dogs, cats, and critters.
Lucky Town Suites – the suites are the ultimate in luxury for your dog. Each room has a toddler size bed, a television, fleece blankets, and treats on the pillow at turn down time. Each of the suite has its own unique name so make sure to ask for your favorite when making a reservation.
Lucky’s Villas – the villas, which come in fours sizes to accommodate all breeds of dogs, are located in blue, red and yellow rooms. All of the enclosures in these rooms have automatically refilling water bowls and rest benches in the rear of the kennel. Staff place fleece blankets in all of the kennels for the added comfort of the guests.
In all of the boarding areas, Lucky’s has an air filtration system that filters the air six times an hour which enhances the smell and cleanliness of the facility. Also, all of the floors in the boarding and play areas have a anti-microbial top coat which assists in the cleaning of the kennel.
All accommodations are thoroughly cleaned every morning with a pressure washer and pet-safe disinfectant. The rooms are spot cleaned throughout the day as necessary.
Cat Condos – the Cat Condors at Lucky’s Pet Resort and Day Spa were specially designed for Lucky’s. Each of the units has a pass through door to open to another condo making it possible for families to stay together. Also, half of the condos have a window view so make sure to request window view when make your boarding reservation for your cat.
Critter Corner – this room is designed to accommodate any and all critters. With space for a terrarium or bird cage, Critter Corner is ready to welcome your special pet.
Play Rooms – Lucky’s offers the area’s largest indoor/outdoor play yards. Our canine friends enjoy the opportunity to be outside when the weather is appropriate while having an indoor space when temperatures are too hot or cold. When designing the play area, Lucky’s owners added an extra foam layer to the flooring giving the play area floors a slight bounce. This softer floor is easier on the legs of our canine friends.
